MEDIATION

Derick Smith was trained and qualified as a Mediator in 1995 at St. Mary's School of Law. In 1996 Derick Smith was trained and qualified as a Family Law mediator at Dispute Resolution International. Derick Smith has acted as the Mediator for many private mediations and also many mediations on behalf of the Fort Bend County Dispute Resolution Center. Derick Smith has successfully settled many heated legal matters as a Mediator.

CONFERENCE ROOMS

Our office has two conference rooms in separate parts of our office. This allows us to provide a separation during mediation, caucus and negotiation.

SCHEDULING MEDIATION

We offer half day and full day Mediations. We occasionally offer after hours and weekend Mediations. Our Mediation fees are very reasonable. We can arrange to have a working meal during any part of a Mediation.
